My journey began in 1998 during the acquisition of Dun & Bradstreet Software by GEAC. Over the years, we’ve built on that foundation—successfully participating in several other M&A projects.
Pyramid Technology - acquired a small internet development startup company named Site in the year 2000, where Bas helped unify sales, marketing, and product strategy across business units.
Microsoft’s acquisition of Great Plains, Solomon, Navision, and Axapta, contributing to the development of Microsoft CRM and the seamless integration of acquired technologies.
Americana Group’s sale to Adeptio (2014–2016), where Bas led the restructuring of the customer service division and worked closely with Accenture during the group’s digital transformation.
A privately held investment where Bas helped restructure the company’s B2B-heavy model into a diversified multi-channel operation, now preparing for capital expansion or strategic exit with the support of an investment banking firm.
